- What is the First Tennessee Club Level?
The First Tennessee Club is reserved for Executive Suite, Club Box, Floor Seat, and Club Seat Guests. The First Tennessee Club Level offers a wide variety of cuisine and cocktails including fine dining options at Opus and the Blue Note Lounge. Opus and the Blue Note Lounge will open two hours prior to the start of Grizzlies games and one hour for all other events where the restaurants are open. Levy Restaurants operates several “mini restaurants” located along the club level concourse, featuring upscale food and beverage options for Premium Seat Holders.

Executive Suite, Club Box, Floor Seat, and Club Seat Guests.
- Where is the First Tennessee Club Level located?
Guests can access the First Tennessee Club Level via the elevators on the north-west side of the building. Guests can also take the escalators from the Plaza Level up to the Terrace Level and walk down one flight of stairs.
- What times may I access the First Tennessee Club Level?
The First Tennessee Club Level is available to our Premium Seat guests 2 hours prior to the game and 1 hour post game.
- May I bring in a guest that doesn't have Premium Ticket?
Only guests with Premium Tickets may access the First Tennessee Club.
- May I take alcohol out of the premium areas?
Guests must pour alcoholic beverages into a plastic cup prior to leaving premium areas. Plastic cups are stocked at all Concierge desks.
