- Where can Executive Suite Holders park?
Executive Suite Holders are provided four full-season parking passes in the attached Ford Parking Garage. Parking pass holders will be guaranteed a space in the designated lots, regardless of what time you arrive to the event. Get more information on the Ford Parking Garage and Disabled Access Parking.
- What times may I access my Executive Suite?
You may access your Executive Suite 2 hours prior to game time. You also may remain in your Executive Suite 1 hour post game.
- Who should I see if there is a problem during a game?
For your convenience and to ensure the highest quality of service, FedExForum has a concierge staff available at all FedExForum events to assist you. Concierge desks are provided at the south-west and north-west corners on the Courtside Suite Level and on the First Tennessee Club Level.
- Can I order food for my Executive Suite? Who is my food and beverage contact?
You may contact Lorraine Cominsky, 901.205.1808, to order food for your Executive Suite. Please place your order 72 hours prior to the game. If you place your order after that time, you may order from the Game Day Menu.
- How can I order food for my Executive Suite during the game?
Guests may dial directly from your Executive Suite phone to reach Levy Restaurants and order food from the Game Day Menu. You will also have a Levy Restaurants Executive Suite Host visit during the game for your food and beverage needs.
- Who should I call for Security?
Guest may dial directly from your Executive Suite phone for security. You may also inform your game night concierge and the situation will be handled as quickly as possible.
- May I purchase extra tickets for my Executive Suite?
You have been given your Executive Suite's full allotment of tickets; therefore additional Executive Suite tickets are unavailable. However, if you need to purchase extra arena seats, we will be happy to help you.
- May I purchase my Executive Suite and/or tickets for other shows and events held at the FedExForum?
Yes, whenever available, you will be e-mailed advance notice and ticket information.
- We are going to be celebrating a birthday or a special event in our Executive Suite, may we bring in outside food or beverage?
You may not bring food into the FedExForum. However, you may contact Lorraine Cominsky or Jody Schmidt to plan your special celebration.
- I have some friends interested in purchasing an Executive Suite. Who should they contact for more information?
